Dr. Steven Todd serves as Executive Director—Special Projects for AFMIN. Traveling frequently throughout Africa, Steven regularly teaches and equips thousands of African pastors in Congo, Rwanda and Tanzania. Steven also directs a refugee pastor project, traveling regularly to three massive Congolese refugee camps located in Western Tanzania. In this project, over 750 refugee pastors and church leaders are being trained, equipped, and mentored in order to reach these camps with the Gospel and to disciple the tens of thousands of new believers within the refugee camps.
When not traveling, Steven is developing new curricula, teaches as an adjunct professor for several universities and seminaries, and is a guest preacher at many churches in the U.S. Along with numerous published articles, Steven is currently working on a major book project.
Steven’s wife, Linda has traveled widely and taught alongside him, and is a public school teacher in Colorado Springs. They have three grown children, all married and serving the Lord in the local church. He and Linda are proud grandparents of a new granddaughter!
A former pastor and church planter for over 20 years, Steven is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary and earned his Doctorate in Missiology from New Geneva Theological Seminary. An old Jesus Movement “rocker / musician, “ in his limited spare time, he is now attempting to become a decent fly fisherman.
